Management listen to your concerns from DM to Director. The team support each other and work to the same boundaries across all homes. The team and management listen to concerns good or bad and support one another debriefs after every shift and praise each other on work that has been completed. DM is always available when I need support and I am very thankful for this due this being my first job in children residential.
